If you are not 100% satisfied with any of the Firefly Military Specification Light Sticks you purchased from us, call or email and give us the opportunity to make it right.  We want you to be completely satisfied with every Firefly Light Stick you purchase from SIA.  If you wish to return unused, undamaged Light Sticks, (for any reason) within 60 days from the purchase date please call customer service at 801-631-5053 to arrange for a controlled RMA Return Form. You, as the customer may elect to have your purchase price refunded or receive replacement stock.  After 60 days Returns will only be replaced with additional Light Sticks. Once you complete the RMA Form, send the completed RMA form and any unused Light Sticks to: SIA's Regional Distribution Center, 4328 El Camino Street, Salt Lake City, UT 84119 for reimbursement of the original purchase price or replacement stock for the unused Military Specification product.
