Wholesale Titanium Rings (WTR) includes this written no-risk guarantee with your purchase:

If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your titanium ring, we offer a refund or same-size exchange if returned with 14 days of shipment.  The ring must be in the original packaging and not altered or damaged in any way.  Our original shipping and insurance cost will be deducted from the refund.  All refunds will be issued by check within one week of receiving the returned ring in as-new condition.

Alterations are free of charge within 14 days of shipment.  We will reshape, refinish or resized your ring up to 1/2 a size larger.  Alterations are limited to removal of material from the ring.  You only pay for return shipping.

Free lifetime refinish policy.  WTR will polish and clean your titanium ring four times a year free - you only pay for shipping.

WTR is not responsible for inaccurate size information submitted when ordering.  In this event, we will attempt to resized at no extra charge.  However, decreasing ring size in titanium is impossible, calling for a replacement ring to be made.  Return the rign and we will charge 25% (35% for rings with stones or inlays) of the original purchase price plus shipping to make a replacement.
