LIFETIME WARRANTY
Our Lifetime Warranty: All of our
titanium wedding bands are guaranteed for life for any defects in
workmanship and materials, this completely protects your purchase in the
years to come.
Resizing: If the wrong size was
ordered (due to customer error or jeweler miss-sizing) our warranty
covers sizing larger to a half-size only, through on occasion we can go
to a full size larger. The charge for this service is $25.00 to
the customer for shipping & handling.
Since titanium rings cannot be
resized tighter a new ring will have to be made, the cost for this is
25% of the original cost of the ring.
Refinishing: Lifetime refinishing
is free of charge. Shipping fees are not included.
CONDITIONS AND LIMITATIONS
This warranty only applies to rings
made of titanium, titanium 6/4. Inlay materials such as Gold, and
Silver are not as durable as titanium and damage to such materials is
not covered by this warranty, unless the damage occurred due to
manufacturing defect.
This warranty excludes coverage for
excessive physical and/or accidental abuse, loss and theft of an item.
This warranty is valid only at Wholesale Titanium Rings. Improper
repair or service performed by someone other than WTR will void this
warranty.
This warranty is valid only for
products owned by the original purchaser and purchased at WTR. A
proof of purchase must be provided in order to receive warranty service.
